Highlights of her career include property management of a portfolio of over two thousand properties, senior development management roles with over two thousand completed new builds and numerous supported living schemes

Christine Janaway FRICS

Christine is a Fellow of the RICS, with over 30 years’ experience in development, funding, acquisitions, asset management of retail, industrial, office and leisure portfolios to increase value. She has transacted over £2bn of property assets. Head of Property for two national Estate Agency chains and Partner in Charge of a 25 strong professional fee earning team for a national commercial consultancy. Christine has acted as a consultant to plc’s, charities and international businesses and is currently focussing on Social Housing projects
